Three Oaks - New Affordable Housing Development
In 2011 a partnership of National Community Renaissance and The Related Companies received approval to develop a 30-unit affordable rental housing development on Newhall Avenue at the site of a former State park-and-ride lot. In 2014 the City Council approved partial funding and the donation of the City-owned land to the project.
Construction began in March 2016 and units may be available for rent as early as January 2017. The Three Oaks development will be owned and operated by the non-profit partnership and will have two-bedroom and three bedroom units. The City will not own or operate the development.
For leasing information, rental rates and household income limits, you may call 866.455.5211 or visit the Newhall Avenue Development website.
